Q: Do you have a store where I can come see your jewelry in person?
A: Sorry, but we don't. We only sell online.
Q: Do you sell wholesale?
A: We sell directly to our customers to help keep our prices as low as possible. Selling wholesale would force us to raise our prices to allow others to compete.
Q: Do you ship to countries outside the USA?
A: Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide, including Andorra, Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Barbados, Belgium, Bermuda, Brunei, Canada, Cayman Islands, Cyprus, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, French Polynesia, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Guam, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macau, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Northern Mariana Islands, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, San Marino, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Bahamas, Tobago, Trinidad, U.S. Virgin Islands, and the UK.
Q: Can I track my order in transit?
A: When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a Tracking Number (for USPS Express Mail & FedEx 2Day Express) or a Delivery Confirmation Number (for USPS Priority Mail). A Delivery Confirmation Number cannot be used to track packages in transit, it can only be used to find out if any delivery attempts have been made and when your package arrives at its final destination. International orders cannot be tracked while in transit.
Q: Must I be at the shipping address when the package arrives?
A: It depends. If your order is under $100, we do not require a signature. If your order exceeds $100 we require a signature upon delivery, except APO/FPO addresses. If you are not available, several attempts to deliver the package will be made. You can also pick up your package from the Post Office or the courier's designated location. Instructions will be provided by the courier if you are unavailable to receive your package.
Q: When will I get my order?
A: We pre-make most of our styles so you can receive the jewelry as soon as possible. To calculate the estimated arrival date for an item, simply add the item availability (found on the item page) to the shipping speed. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need help calculating arrival dates.
Q: I didn't receive a shipping confirmation email. Has my order been shipped yet?
A: You will receive a confirmation email after the order ships. On rare occasions, your order may take slightly longer to ship than expected. If you do not receive a confirmation email, you may have entered your email address incorrectly or your email account may be blocking our message. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your order.
